Essentials Holistic Centrre is the home of holistic training in Dublin. We pride ourselves on our relaxed supportive atmosphere and high standards of taining. Ongoing assessment and student clinics ensures that our students are work ready and confident at the end of their training rather than prepared for an exam under very artificial conditions.
Our diploma courses include massage, reflexology, aromatherapy and anatomy & physiology. Certificate courses include hot stone massage, Fertility Reflexlogy, 5 Oil Facial, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue Cupping, Reiki, Rahanni and IET. With our very practical Businessavy Course we are a one stop ship for all your training needs.

Massage Course
I did the Holistic Massage course at Essentials and now I've come back to do a course on reflexology with Jenny and her team. The courses are great with many easy and practical ways to learn the theory and even involves a bit of fun. Jenny is a great teacher and I really love the learning environment she has created at Essentials. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Essentials Holistic Centre doing the Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology courses !! It is such a lovely ,relaxing & special place to study. You feel at ease straight away. Jenny is an excellent teacher who has such a fun way of teaching ,full of knowledge with lots of guidance and support .I would highly recommend Essentials to anyone thinking of doing a Diploma/Cert course and their lovely relaxing treatments on offer , once you enter you don't want to leave!! I've already signed up for more courses !!
