We are Smarmore Castle Private Clinic, a newly opened rehab clinic in County Louth, Ireland, offering a medical and therapeutic addiction treatment programme for drug and alcohol addiction or gambling addiction.

Smarmore Castle Private Clinic has been established to make treatment accessible for patients who are unable to get funding for residential rehab through their national health insurance systems.
