Cassidy Tiling

Cassidy Tiling is owned by Michael Cassidy and is based in Dublin 5, North Dublin, but serves all of Co. Dublin and surrounding areas.
Michael has 15 years experience in all things tiling and specialises in Wet Rooms, Victorian Floors and Mosaics. Michael learnt the trade from a master craftsman in Germany and is a firm believer in attention to detail and building things to last.
He also worked in the bathroom and tile retail sector for five years and has a lot of experience in bathroom design and extensive knowledge of materials from the various types of grouts and adhesives for different purposes to the properties of natural stone, porcelain and various other materials.
Michael is passionate about creating rooms that really work and always brings his design experience into the free consultation sessions with his clients.
Over the years, Michael has worked on a multitude of projects and the pictures shown on this website represent only a small cross-section of his creations.
Michael knows that using the right materials and preparing the surfaces to tile on appropriately are the main factors in achieving a long-lasting result that stands the test of time. Unfortunately this is where many tilers in Ireland cut corners, resulting in cracked grout, loose and broken tiles, unsightly silicone and, worst of all, lots and lots of leaks. If done correctly, a bathroom or floor lasts for decades, not just years.
