The person looking to hire can then check on-line reviews of the different contractors to help them to decide based on location and feedback as to who they will accept the offer from.

What happens next:

Next the person hiring and the contractor can swap numbers and after the job is complete the hirer leaves feedback for the contractor expanding their reputation.
