Since qualifying as a chartered physiotherapist, Helena has worked extensively in private practice gaining a wealth of experience in all musculokeletal conditions and injuries. She has completed post graduate courses in the areas of dry needling, spinal manual therapy and pelvic girdle pain. She has also worked with numerous sports such as GAA, hockey, rugby and tennis, and is currently the lead physiotherapist with the Irish Women’s Volleyball team. Helena is very much a ‘hands on’ physiotherapist and will have you recovered from your aches and pains in no time!
