They were so professional, very knowledgeable, and very keen. They gave us a list of projects that they had finished and some that they were still working on, so we could see their work. It was good to see how they operated, and it was also good to see the finished product when we visited their clients house. We were particularly looking at the quality of finish and it was finished to a really high standard. We really wanted Cascade for our project and were really surprised that their quote was so competitive and we agreed for them to start work. Aidan and his team did a really great job. We are so pleased with our extension. Throughout the build they were really easy to approach and nothing was a problem. They were so helpful in suggesting things to us as well. Aidan would always talk us through anything that had to be changed.

They handled the toughest parts of the job with ease: from digging out foundations in appalling winter conditions, to dealing with the complex challenge of the steel structure. Blandine & Tom

Cascade extended and renovated our bathroom and also renovated our bedrooms. Where other builders had shown resistance (especially for the walk-in shower) or made things appear complicated, Graham and Aidan only showed enthusiasm and professionalism.

We were particularly impressed with their organisational and customer service skills, which meant that work was completed on time and on budget, and that issues were dealt with very promptly. The quality of their work has been excellent and we've never been disappointed with the price quoted.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Graham and Aidan - They really do go the extra mile and are very pleasant to work with. We are looking forward to trusting them again with renovating our kitchen and living-room!

Cascade were recommended to us by friends and they came with such high recommendations that theirs was the only quote we sought for the refurbishment of our recently bought house.

We were not disappointed.

The work commenced on the agreed date and continued at a steady pace, manned throughout by the same team.

All of our specifications were considered and we were consulted throughout with any necessary changes to the costing’s and all building works, and all problems were dealt with in an intelligent and practical manner.

It seemed, against all expectations, an easy and seamless process, and our house/home was brought in on time and within budget.

Thanks once again for the superb job you did on our home. We, like so many other families, extended our house during the ' Boom' years, after much research, we went with a well known firm of builders. Everything from the outset was a nightmare experience. When we decided to extend our kitchen several years later, nervousness was not the word for what we felt ! We sourced over 10 contractors, got quotes, site visits and went from there. Cascade Construction were one of the fore runners from the start. Graham sat down with us, discussed all our needs and requirements, and were adamant they could work within our budget and time frame and were experienced and enthuastic professionals the minute we hired the team to start the job. When Aidan & Graham came to view our plans for a two story extension they presented it in a very professional manner. Their team arrived at 8am every morning and worked solid until 5pm.They gave us excellent advice on choosing materials and with interior design. Any extras we asked for were taken on board and completed without a problem. They completed on time and on budget. They are so friendly and great to work with. Graham Bryne and Aidan O'Connor presented for this job in a very professional way. So much so, they ended up undertaking all works associated with the transformation of our 75m2 2up-2down into a 150m2 modern home with heat recovery system, airtightness, external insulation, drylining, with high levels of insulation throughout. If you are serious about your project you are more than welcome to visit our home, and review their work.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending these lads.

Martin & Linda Kinsella

We had a previous building company, that did an Attic and Second Storey Extension for us back in 2005, but after completion we noticed the upstairs floor being bouncy - we called them back out to check this and was told it was the floor settling. A few years passed and the bouncy floor was getting worse and we now had a dip in our kitchen ceiling - we called out a Structural Engineer to have a look, he confirmed that the work was not up to regulation and was worried if this was left much longer it would collapse. He advise us to get in a Chartered Surveyor to check other work that was done by this company, which we did - the snag list that the surveyor produced included that the roof wasn't constructed correctly, all wiring was unsafe, there was live unsecured wires in the wall cavity and many more issues! We looked around for builder to get quotes to fix these issues. We rang 5 builders only 3 got back, Cascade Construction being one. After a initial site visit the other two builders
