Pregnancy Yoga
A Yoga class tailor made for the expectant Mum. In this class you will learn pregnancy specific yoga postures to support your pregnancy. We will also cover the birthing process and how you can use yoga postures and breathing to empower and manage your labour. Come and meet other expectant Mums who will support you during your pregnancy.

I have practised yoga for 20 years and have deeply experienced the positive benefits of regular yoga practise.
I trained with Yoga Therepy Ireland and I hold a yoga alliance recognised 500 hour qualification with an added 50 hours of Anatomy and physiology training.
I believe in giving students personal attention and direction during class to empower them to develop in their own yoga practise and experience the wonderful benefits of this 3000 year tradition.
