Bad practice and poor communication

The guy I spoke to needs to understand that arrogance is very unpleasant and unprofessional. My review - OMG Don't use or encourage this guy - ignorance and arrogance is all I experienced. I have a old car that needed some work done. After explaining I could get the repair part he turned his back to me marched off, mid-conversation saying no secondhad parts. Awful annoying character and who puts only new parts on a very old car.
