Customer Service Failure: Riceland Raheny Fails to Deliver on Menu Promise

For years, I've been a loyal customer of Riceland Raheny, ordering by phone and sometimes paying with cash or card without any issues. Yesterday, I ordered Thai Massaman Curry with Chicken, which always comes with Boiled Rice according to their menu. Despite this, my order arrived without the rice. When I called to address the mistake, they blamed me for not specifically asking for the rice, despite it being clearly stated in their menu. They refused to rectify the mistake without charging for delivery, showing a complete lack of customer service. This experience was unacceptable, and I won't be returning to Riceland Raheny.
