Ethics?

Waked past the yard of this transport company and saw them blatantly burning commercial waste which was hidden behind a parked truck on front and the waste was being brunt in a big metal box. You would not notice this driving by, Walking by smell of burning plastic was putrid. If this is how they operate then I wonder what else they cut corners on. It is illegal to burn commercial waste full stop.
