Awfull experience

I was referred here for support during a traumatic time in our family life, The lady i dealt with was very unsupportive and kind,from my experience i wouldnt recommend this place to any family,she made me feel awfull and degraded me,they need to learn how to deal with distressed familys in a warm and welcoming way
