About Me
Since early childhood I have been inspired by the power of makeup. I began applying makeup in my teenage years and became more inquisitive about the products, the ingredients in them and the art of application.
Getting ready for a night out was always fun at my house! I got to try out my new tricks and products on my friends and needless to say they loved the free make overs!
MY CAREER & EDUCATION
I was lucky enough to get my first part-time job at Brown Thomas in Dublin where I spent almost a decade learning from some of the most experienced and renowned makeup artists and skin care specialists in Ireland.
During this time I worked with most of the major beauty houses training in product history, application and airbrush makeup.
My official training and education took place at L.A College of Creative Arts where I completed an intensive training course which included work experience on fashion shoots and television shows.
In 2007, I set sail for sunnier shores, landing in Sydney Australia.This would become home for the next eleven years. It was here that I was able to hone in on a different aspect of my work. From beachside weddings to Sydney fashion week and editorial campaigns. This in turn led me to some of the most spectacular locations in the world, working with creatives that encouraged and helped me to grow as an artist.
MY FOCUS
I pride myself on my interpersonal skills and always receive positive feedback about my ability to listen and understand my client's needs. You can really trust me to tune in to what you really want. Whether it's transforming everyday makeup into a natural but flawless bridal maquillage or vamping up a funky party look for a magazine shoot, I am always willing to listen and adapt my style to that of my clients.
Since starting my own family, I am now living back home in Dublin continuing my work as a makeup artist in bridal, film, print and events. I am excited to share my love, passion and skill for makeup with you.
