I think it has been difficult to contact anyone in this company. They have a chat button/tab on their website under CONTACT US however, you are unable to submit anything because the drop down menu does not populate an option which if not filled in prevents your message from being submitted. Therefore you cannot send any enquiry. They have also held on to a refund of mine and having tried to get it refunded as i did not complete the job works it appears that getting any resolve for this matter falls on one person. To date their comments are that they have to refund to the same card that payment was taken on. However the account has since closed. I think it's fair to say that customers close, move, change accounts all the time. We are living in the modern world. Therefore, it would seem archaic that they provide no other option resulting in keeping my monies or so it seems presently. If anyone has further contact details or have made a complaint to this company please do let me know
