Avoid!!!

2 weeks ago we took our Audi A6 to Tom Tech to have our air con re gassed he advised after taking a look that he could not do the re gas due to aircon pump been broken. 2 weeks later we take our audi to a highly skilled accredited person to be told that it was not the aircon pump it was a sensor in the radiator needed replacing, so already our of pocket for an air con pump to replace 1 that was perfect and its fitting. I now have to purchase a sensor and fit it. I contacted Tom tech and his attitude was an absolute disgrace on the phone regarding the matter not to mention the choice language he used, he most definitely could do with some lessons in customer service and decoram. Most definitely not a business person I could recommend to anybody. Infact he's a person to be avoided!!!
